Pricing:

Pricing is NOT negotiable.

Drop-in pet care:

• 30 minutes: $16

• One hour: $25

Dog Walking:

• 15 minutes: $12

• 30 minutes: $18

• One hour: $30

Overnight stays:

• $65 per night

Pet waste clean-up:

• 30 minutes: $20

• One hour: $35

Extended Care:

• $25 per hour (I do not offer 24-hour extended care)

Payment Information:

I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Square for credit/debit card payments. I also accept cash. No checks at this time, I apologize for any inconvenience.

The full payment will be due before the requested first date of services.

Cancellation Policy: 

Dog walks: A full refund will be sent to the client if a full 24 hour notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice, then the appointments must be paid in full. 

Drop-ins & Overnights: Clients may cancel their pet sitting visit reservation up to 1 week prior to their scheduled first visit without penalty. Cancellations made 1 week- 48 hours before their pet sitting reservation will pay 25% of their entire reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to their scheduled first visit will pay 50% of their entire reservation.

If your pet sitting visits fall during a Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or New Years), cancellations require full payment.

Holiday Policies: 

Holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Easter, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.

Drop-ins & Overnights: additional 30% will be charged per visit and per night.

For this document's purposes, the terms Client and Pet Owner are synonymous with the person requesting services from Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC for one or more domestic animals. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and Pet Sitter are synonymous with the pet care company providing care for the Client below. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC provides services to the Pet Owner/Client below, including (but not limited to) dog walking, pet exercise & play, pet transporting, pet feeding, medication administration, cleaning pet waste, grooming pets, and caring for pets.

This agreement is entered into by and between Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and _____________________________________________________, Client of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC.

Client desires to engage Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and its contracted pet sitters and dog walkers to provide pet care and agrees to the terms below:

Injury to Client animal(s) by another animal:

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and its staff will not be responsible for any animal(s) that instigate fights with other animals or is injured by another animal while in Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC care. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will take all appropriate actions to ensure that Client’s animal(s) are not placed in the company of aggressive or violent animals and/or will immediately remove Client’s animal(s) from any animal fight.

Injury or escape of animals:

The Client and the Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC Pet Sitter are aware that the highest level of care shall be given to all pets under the care of the Pet Sitter. The Client is aware that pet(s) are instinctual in nature and not always controllable by the Pet Sitter even when the highest level of care is provided. Should the Client’s animal(s) run away or be injured, the Client agrees that Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not be held responsible for any liability. The above waiver of liability in favor of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC shall not apply or be effective if Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC’s conduct in providing its pet care services is found to be grossly negligent, reckless, or if there is intentional misconduct. The Pet Sitter shall not be held liable for the wellbeing or actions of any pet with unsupervised access to the outdoors.

Injury to Pet Sitter or another person by Client’s Animal(s):

Client will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to another person(s) by the Client’s pet(s). Client agrees to pay the full cost of all medical expenses and damages should they arise because of the Client’s animal(s) actions. Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC in the event of a claim by any person injured by the Client’s pet(s).

Unsafe Pet(s):

This agreement permits Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC to use discretion to stop and end service at any time that the Client’s pet(s) pose a danger to the safety and health of itself, other pets, other people, or Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC.

Vaccination Policy:

All cats, dogs, & ferrets are required to be up to date on vaccinations. Dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies & DHPP/DAPP vaccines. Cats are required to be up to date on Rabies & FVRCP vaccines. Ferrets are required to be up to date on Rabies and Distemper vaccines.

Payment Policy / Cancellation Policy:

All payment for pet sitting services must be paid before the Client’s departure date. Payments for dog walking or pet waste removal services may be paid after the service has been completed. By signing this contract, the Client agrees to the Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC cancellation policy which is as follows: For dog walking appointments, a full refund will be sent to the client if full 24-hour notice is given. If there is less than 24 hours' notice, then the appointments must be paid for in full. For drop-in pet care and overnight stays, the Client may cancel their pet sitting visit reservation up to 1 week prior to their scheduled first visit without penalty. Cancellations made 1 week to 48 hours before their pet sitting reservation will pay 25% of their entire reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to their scheduled first visit will pay 50% of their entire reservation.

Rates & Extra Fees: Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC service rates can be found on our website & in this contract and are subject to change at any time and for any reason. Extra fees may be added for holidays.

Accepted payment methods: cash, Venmo, PayPal, & Cash App.

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC rates are as follows:

Drop-in Pet Care: $25 per hour or $16 per 30 minutes.

Dog Walking: $30 per hour, $18 per 30 minutes, or $12 per 15 minutes.

Extended Pet Care: $25 per hour

Overnight Pet Care: $65 per night

Pet Waste Removal: $35 per hour or $20 per 30 minutes.

Early Return to Home or Late Departure from Home:

Reservations are made to plan for Pet Sitter availability for Client’s reservation dates. Therefore, Clients returning home early or departing later than the reservation will be required to pay for the full reservation amount of time, regardless of whether the Client returned home early or departed later than the prior reservation scheduled. No amount of money will be refunded to the Client for early returns to home or late departures from home by the Client after a reservation date has been agreed upon.

Last-Minute Fee (LMF):

The Client agrees to pay a $30 last-minute fee (LMF) to Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC for any reservations that need to be set up with brand new Pet Sitters within less than 72 hours.

Client Home Care Needs:

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is not responsible for wilted, dead, or otherwise unhealthy plants. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will work hard to follow written instructions as precisely as possible, but cannot be responsible if the results are not favorable to the Client. Please place all indoor plants together on a waterproof surface in plain sight as your Pet Sitter is not responsible for water damaged areas or missed plants.

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is not responsible for damage to the home beyond the control of the Pet Sitter. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical problems, leaks, and acts of nature. All repairs to the home and related fees will be paid by the Client or fully reimbursed to Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC within seven (7) days of Client’s return date.

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is not responsible for any damage to the property or home of the Client unless such damage was caused by the negligent act of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should have occurred while under this contract. Client agrees to secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will attempt to re-secure the home according to Client instructions at the end of each visit.

The Client is responsible for pet-proofing the house, yard, and security fences/gates/latches. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not be responsible for the safety of the pet(s) and will not be liable for the death, injury, disappearance, or legal consequences of any pet(s) with unsupervised access to the outdoors.

Visitors:

If anyone will be entering the Client’s home while it is under our care, Client agrees to notify the Pet Sitter in advance. The Pet Sitter will not enter a home while visitors are present. Similarly, unless we receive instructions from the Client, we will not grant access to the home to any visitors. The Pet Sitter will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to the Client’s home or pet(s) by visitors. It is understood that anyone with access to the home will be notified of the Pet Sitter’s presence and vice versa. The police will be called, without exception, on all intruders or suspicious acts.  

Security/Surveillance/Recording Devices:

All security cameras and surveillance devices will be disclosed to the Pet Sitter prior to booking. For overnight stays, the use of surveillance devices in guest bedrooms and bathrooms is prohibited. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not disclose the use of surveillance devices in their home prior to booking.

Pet Illness/Veterinary Care/Restocking Supplies:

The Client is aware of and agrees to the medical costs of any fees should they arise from animal(s) being ill or otherwise needing veterinary care. The Client agrees to pay Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC the sum of $40/per hour should the Pet Sitter need to take the pet(s) to the vet. If the Pet Sitter needs to restock supplies that the Client agrees to provide, but that are not provided at the time of the sit (such as pet food or medication), Client agrees to reimburse Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC for any supplies purchased.

Services Offered:

Drop-in Pet Care: Drop-ins are ideal for pets who can be left alone for longer periods of time. Specific services can be requested by the Client, but Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will do a variety of things such as feeding pets, giving medications, cleaning litter boxes, checking mail, watering plants, turning lights on/off, & more.

Overnight Stays: Overnight stays are for those who do not want their pet alone throughout the night. The Pet Sitter will stay at your home with your pet overnight.

Extended Pet Care: Extended pet care is for Clients who would like the Pet Sitter to spend more time with their pet than a regular drop-in provides. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC does not do 24-hour extended care.

Dog Walking: Dog walking can be requested any time of day from 9am to 5pm. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC offers 15 minute, 30 minute, or one-hour walks. Dogs must be leash trained for this service. A bit of pulling is fine, but Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC may be unable to walk large dogs if they pull excessively.

Pet Waste Removal: Pet waste removal is offered year-round. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC offers weekly, monthly, or as-needed pet waste removal. Removing waste can sometimes be difficult in the winter months due to the frozen ground and snow. It is best to request this service when your lawn has thawed. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC does not offer traditional lawn care services such as lawn mowing, leaf removal, or hedge trimming.

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC Dog Walking Service Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and _____________________________________________________, Client of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC.

Client desires to engage Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and its Pet Sitters to provide dog walking services and agrees to the terms below:

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC and its staff will not be responsible for any animal(s) that instigate fights with other animals or is injured by another animal while in the care of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will, however, take all appropriate actions to

(a)  ensure that Client’s dog(s) are not placed in the company of vicious, violent or aggressive dogs; and

(b)  immediately remove Client’s dog(s) from any animal fight or dangerous situation arising during services provided by Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC.

The Client will be notified immediately in the case of an animal emergency or sickness. If the Client cannot be contacted; the Client’s veterinarian shall be notified. All veterinary bills that may occur from the above shall be the Owner's sole responsibility.

The above waiver of liability in favor of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC shall not apply or be effective if the Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC conduct in providing its pet care services is found to be grossly negligent, reckless, or if there is intentional misconduct.

Client agrees to give Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC 24 hours' notice should Client decide to discontinue the walking service. A full refund will be sent to the Client if full 24-hour notice is given. If there is less than 24 hours' notice, then the appointments must be paid for in full.

Veterinary Medical Care Release Form

Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC requires all Clients to complete a Veterinary Medical Care Release Form. In the event of an emergency, Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will make every attempt to contact the Owner and the emergency contact. In the event that no contact can be reached, Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will seek appropriate medical care for your pet(s). Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will make every attempt to take your pet(s) to the Veterinarian listed blow, however, if your Veterinarian is not available, Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will bring your pet(s) to an appropriate clinic.

Pet Waste Removal Service Agreement

By agreeing to our policy, you allow Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC to perform pet waste removal procedures on your property.

1.    Service Process – A professional technician visits your property, scoops and bags the poop, and puts it where you prefer. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC does not have a guaranteed time of day for the waste cleaning service. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not clean up the waste if your gate is locked, frozen, or inaccessible.

2.    Fees and Pricing – Accepted payment methods are cash or Venmo, PayPal, & Cash App. The cleanup fee is $35 per hour or $20 per 30 minutes.

3.    Pet Safety – Keep your dog indoors during the pet waste removal service. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is not responsible for escaped pets. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will charge the normal rate even when unable to perform the service due to pet distractions.

4.    Service Cancellation – Laramie Valley Pet Sitting or the Client may cancel the service at any time.

Key Handling Agreement

Key Handover: You agree to provide Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC with keys and, if necessary, key fobs, remotes, and access codes, during the initial meet and greet. These will grant Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC access to your property, including any relevant doors or security systems.

Key Storage and Security: All keys, fobs, and remotes will be securely stored in a locked safe when not in use. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not make copies of the keys provided.

Access Authorization: You grant permission for Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC to provide keys, remotes, fobs, and access codes to any authorized representatives of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC who are responsible for providing pet care services to your pet.

Liability: Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC assumes responsibility for the proper handling of all keys and access materials provided. However, Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not be liable for any security incidents unrelated to its handling of the keys.

Unsecured Keys: Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC will not be held responsible for any security incidents if you request that keys be left outside of the home in an unsecured location (i.e. under the doormat, in a flower pot, in the mailbox, or any other unsecured locations).

Key Returns:

I understand that if I decide at any time I’d prefer to have my key returned at the last visit of my service, I will notify Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC prior to the last visit of my service. This notification should include the date and time of the last scheduled visit, and instructions on how to secure my home while leaving the key. I understand that the pet sitter will not be able to access my house again after the pet sitter has left the key, including in the case of emergencies or delays in my return. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC is willing to exchange keys via drop off or pick up.

Pet Photo Consent Form

I, ___________________, hereby grant Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC permission to use any photographs taken of myself or my pet, in all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become your property and will not be returned. I hereby authorize to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing your programs or for any other lawful purpose. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC requires all dogs to be current on their rabies and DHPP/DAPP vaccines. All cats are required to be up to date on their rabies and FVRCP vaccines. All ferrets are required to be up to date on their rabies and distemper vaccines. If your pet has a medical condition and cannot receive a vaccine, the Client will have to provide a note from the pet(s) primary veterinarian. Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC highly encourages all Owners to have their pet(s) on a monthly flea & tick and monthly heartworm preventative, but it is not required.

Terms:

The terms of this contract apply to all pets owned by the Client, including all new pets that the Client obtains on or after the date that this agreement was signed, at all locations the Client designates for service. By signing below and/or e-mailing a written agreement to the terms of Laramie Valley Pet Sitting LLC, the Client agrees that he/she has read this agreement in its entirety and fully understands and accepts its terms and conditions.
