Payment & Services Agreement

Pricing:

Pricing is NOT negotiable.

Drop-in pet care:

• 30 minutes: $20

• One hour: $35

Dog Walking:

• 30 minutes: $20

• One hour: $35

Overnight stays:

• $75 per night

Pet waste clean-up:

• 30 minutes: $20

• One hour: $35

Payment Information:

I accept PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp for credit/debit card payments. I also accept cash. No checks at this time, I apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy: 

Dog walks: A full refund will be sent to the client if a full 24 hour notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice, then the appointments must be paid in full. 

Drop-ins & Overnights: Clients may cancel their pet sitting visit reservation up to 1 week prior to their scheduled first visit without penalty. Cancellations made 1 week- 48 hours before their pet sitting reservation will pay 25% of their entire reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to their scheduled first visit will pay 50% of their entire reservation.

If your pet sitting visits fall during a Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or New Years), cancellations require full payment.

Holiday Policies: 

Holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Easter, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.

Drop-ins & Overnights: additional 30% will be charged per visit and per night.
